Se remitió el expediente contentivo de la tutela promovida por la ciudadana de la referencia al Juzgado Primero Laboral del Circuito de Pereira para que tramite y decida en forma inmediata, toda vez que esta Corte dará aplicación a lo dispuesto por el Art. 1º numeral 2º del Decreto 1382 de 2000, por cuanto esta acción fue interpuesta contra la Red de Solidaridad Social, establecimiento público del orden Nacional creado mediante Decreto 368 de 1997, es decir, que se trata de una entidad descentralizada por servicios y no de una autoridad pública del orden Nacional, lo que indica que la competencia para este caso corresponde a los Jueces del Circuito o con categoría de tales.
